Keeping your distance made easy – upgrade to adaptive cruise control.
This coding turns your standard cruise control into an adaptive cruise control system. Your vehicle then automatically maintains the distance to the car ahead – with no extra input from you.

• Flexible: can be enabled or disabled anytime via the instrument cluster
• Added safety: automatic distance keeping reduces the risk of rear-end collisions
Requirements: cruise control, radar-based Pre-Collision Assist (Active City Stop is NOT sufficient) and a digital instrument cluster.
Activation is possible without replacing the button set; the distance is then fixed at "3 bars".
Not available for Mondeo, S-Max and Galaxy with the 1.5 EcoBoost and Euro 6d-temp emissions class.
